Attention all Bethel-Tate High School Graduates:
Your Bethel-Tate Alumni Association is offering one $500 Continuing Education reimbursement Scholarship. Eligibility rules are as follows:
1) You must be currently enrolled in a college class or have just completed the college class in the last quarter.
2) You must submit your class transcript and a copy of the paid invoice for the class.
3) The person may not be eligible for reimbursement with their employer.
4) The person must be a graduate of Bethel-Tate High School, Bethel, OH.
One $500 dollar scholarship will be awarded at the 2012 Annual Bethel-Tate High School Alumni Dinner on Saturday, May 19th. The deadline for submissions is May 15. Please use application link below.

Please submit all information required. You may use additional paper if needed for your answers. Your scholarship application and necessary paperwork should be mailed to BTHS Alumni, P.O. Box 317, Bethel, Ohio 45106-0317, Attention: Scholarship Committee, postmarked or e-mailed to bths-alumni@hotmail.com no later than May 15, 2012 to be included in this year’s selection. NO EXCEPTIONS.
You must be present at the Bethel-Tate Alumni Association Banquet on May 19, 2012, 6:00 p.m., in order to receive this scholarship. You will be advised at least one week in advance of the dinner if you have been chosen as the Continuing Education Scholarship recipient.
